Thursday, July 21, 2016, Amici Summer Strings Workshop (Calgary)

Ok, this isn't a Tucson Program, but I'm listing it here anyway. My sister's fantastic Amici String Program is having its Summer Strings camp. Fiona asked me to stop by and teaching some folk dancing to some of the kids. I think at one point we had about 23 kids and parents there. And judging by the smiles and laughter, I think they all had fun. Here's the program I did with them:

  3. Syp Simeon - Russia/Netherlands
  4. Kingston Flyer - Scotland
  5. Carnavalito - Bolivia
  6. Pata Pata - South Africa
  7. Cotton Eyed Joe (line dance) - USA
  8. Carousel - Sweden
